Bed, with its doughy pillows,
cream sheets and fluffy blankets
making a bedtime cake
for me to dream a bite out of.

    I often have difficulty sleeping. However, your poem make my bed sound so inviting. Tonight I will read it again. For my bed is a thing I sometimes dread going to , as I never know if I’ll truly be able to rest. Thanks for you wonderful thoughts.
